Warm-up: brisk walk, then 3 rounds of wall marches, X-band walks, no-money drill, and box squats — great for activating glutes, posture, and stability.
Main set: seated cable rows, half-kneeling cable rows and presses, Pallof press holds, and band pull-aparts — built strength, balance, and core control.
