A Life of Intentional Change

I write The Input Effect, a book about the one thing you can actually control.

You can't manage outcomes. Not really. You can't decide to be healthy, or successful, or calm. What you can do is design what goes in — the food, the sleep, the work, the attention, the people. Outcomes follow. Not always the ones you wanted, but they follow.

The book comes out in February 2027. Todd Henry, author of Die Empty, called it a book about clarity, agency, and designing the conditions for a life of meaning.

In the meantime I write a newsletter at terryvermeylen.substack.com — essays on the same problem, working it out in public. That's the best place to find me.
